about eak llc

Built from infrastructure operations since 2007.

EAK LLC represents years of experience gained by designing, operating, troubleshooting and improving real production Linux infrastructure.

Since 2007, we have helped build, operate and improve Linux infrastructure across hosting, enterprise environments, virtualization, storage, networking and mail systems.

Every deployment, migration and operational challenge helped shape the engineering principles that later became EAK LLC.

our story

It Started With Infrastructure.

EAK began long before product names, landing pages or software platforms. Since 2007, the work has been shaped by real production environments: hosting, dedicated servers, enterprise Linux, mail systems, virtualization, storage, networking, security and performance.

Every deployment, migration, outage, recovery and optimization became another lesson. Some lessons came from planning. Others came from incidents, queue backlogs, failing disks, packet loss and systems that had to be recovered without excuses.

Infrastructure is not theory. It is uptime, reliability and responsibility.

from services to engineering

Beyond Traditional Hosting.

EAK did not abandon hosting. Regional hosting services remain an important part of the business and continue to serve customers who need hosting, colocation and dedicated server operations.

Over time, it became clear that the deeper value was not simply providing servers. It was understanding how infrastructure behaves under real workloads: how systems fail, how they recover and how operational problems can be solved in a repeatable and maintainable way.

That realization changed the direction of EAK. EAK LLC represents the engineering and product side of the company: a place dedicated to Linux infrastructure products, operational tooling and engineering solutions for production environments.

Operational behaviour Understanding real workloads before designing software.
Repeatable solutions Turning recurring infrastructure problems into maintainable tooling.
Production environments Building for systems that must stay reliable after deployment.

why we build products

Products Built From Experience.

Every EAK product exists because a real operational problem existed first.

Every product started as an internal operational solution before becoming a public product. We build software because we rely on it ourselves.

MailGuard originated from years of operating outbound mail infrastructure, dealing with abuse prevention, reputation management, policy enforcement and delivery reliability.

SysTune was created to observe production Linux systems, understand workload behaviour and transform telemetry into practical performance recommendations.

Shield focuses on repeatable Linux security hardening.

Cage explores practical workload isolation using native Linux technologies such as namespaces, cgroups, SELinux and AppArmor.

MailGuard Mail flow, policy enforcement and reputation management.
SysTune Telemetry, workload behaviour and tuning recommendations.
Shield Repeatable Linux security hardening.
Cage Native Linux isolation research.

How We Think.

Our products and engineering decisions are guided by a small set of practical principles developed through years of production operations.

01 Linux Native
02 Security by Design
03 Performance First
04 Operational Simplicity
05 Open Standards

looking forward

Looking Forward.

Infrastructure continues to evolve.

Linux continues to evolve.

So do we.

Our goal is simple: continue building practical software for engineers who design, operate and maintain production Linux infrastructure.

Infrastructure engineering Practical systems work for production Linux environments.
Linux security Hardening, isolation and operational consistency.
Performance intelligence Measurement and recommendations based on real workloads.

Every product begins with the same question: How would we solve this problem in our own infrastructure?
